Job DescriptionThe Vocational Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the recruitment process for VPS's Apprenticeship and Vocational Training Programmes in the UK. This role will involve reporting recruitment progress data to programme management and coordinating with a small administration team in our Milton Keynes office.
Key Responsibilities- Desk screening and telephone screening of candidates
- Coordinating video interviews
- Managing the programme-specific recruitment inbox
- Recruitment reporting
- Creating systems accounts for successful candidates
This is an office-based role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the recruitment process and will work closely with the programme management team to achieve this goal.
