Job Summary:

Kandhu Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing business. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the line manager to implement and direct operatives to maintain the highest standards.
  • Manage a flexible schedule and be available for on-call duties as required.
  • Verify all outgoing shipments and ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • Load and unload stock, and create delivery and shipping notes.
  • Raise and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in a Warehouse Supervisor role or similar.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in temperatures exceeding -20 degrees.
  • Forklift licenses for Counterbalance, Reach, and Narrow Aisle Forklift Trucks.
