About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Children's Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our residential home, ensuring that our children and young people receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to our children and young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive service to our children and young people
Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted-rated home
  • Experience of working with children and young people with challenging behaviors
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent knowledge of current legislations and regulations
