The Job: As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering activities programmes that promote the wellbeing and social interaction of our residents. You will work closely with our community engagement team to build strong relationships with local community groups and organisations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging activities programmes that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community groups
- Collaborate with our community engagement team to create meaningful connections between the care home and the wider community
Requirements:
- A warm and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
