About the Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity to join Better Start Tuition, a leading provider of educational services, as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and in-person sales
  • Conduct research to support digital marketing initiatives and strategies
  • Monitor and optimize paid search and social accounts
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Conduct telephone sales calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage promotional events and oversee freelance promotions agents
  • Support graphical design and promotional materials

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths/Numeracy)
  • At least two years' work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
