Job Title: Stylist / Assistant Stylist - 39 hours - Penrith

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc in Penrith. As a Stylist or Assistant Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pet grooming services to our customers, ensuring their pets receive the highest level of care and attention.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality pet grooming services, including bathing, clipping, and styling, to meet the needs of our customers and their pets.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of pet grooming techniques, products, and equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team by sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in pet grooming or a related field, with a strong understanding of pet behavior and body language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
