We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc in Penrith. As a Stylist or Assistant Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pet grooming services to our customers, ensuring their pets receive the highest level of care and attention.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality pet grooming services, including bathing, clipping, and styling, to meet the needs of our customers and their pets.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide a welcoming and professional environment for our customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of pet grooming techniques, products, and equipment to ensure the highest level of service.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Previous experience in pet grooming or a related field is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic knowledge of pet grooming techniques and products, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
