About the Role

As the External Communications Strategist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the University's reputation through creative communications campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • BUILD media relationships and execute innovative communications strategies.
  • Produce engaging content for external communications and internal channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive media response.

Your Profile

To succeed as our External Communications Strategist, you should have:

  1. Demonstrable experience in similar communications roles, preferably in a reactive press office or comms agency.
  2. A creative and excellent communicator able to turn complex ideas into captivating stories.

What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive salary of around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, free parking, and flexible working options. Interviews will take place in January 2025.
