Audit and Policy Senior Associate

Crowe UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Audit to join our audit/assurance team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit work, leading and coaching junior team members, and managing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a role model for junior team members, providing on-the-job coaching and guidance.
- Deliver audit work to the highest quality, adhering to the firm's risk management policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the audit process.
- Contribute to the success of our business unit, participating in office, service line, and firm-wide activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Identify areas for improvement in clients' business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality audit findings reports to clients.
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential.
- Significant auditing and accounting experience, ideally with UKGAAP knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
