Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the UK region, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
- Negotiate commercial terms, investments, and growth targets with major UK key accounts.
- Design tailored strategies to develop dropship and marketplace operations in collaboration with the dedicated HQ team.
- Monitor sell-out performance and ensure appropriate action plans are in place to respond accordingly.
- Work with the commercial team and key partners to monitor stock levels and propose reorders to prevent shortages of best-selling products.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the premium/lifestyle fashion industry as a key account or sales manager.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Able to lead and develop a commercial team.
- Good understanding of SMUs, dropship, marketplace, affiliation & franchise programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
