Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Worthing. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize multi-channel and online sales
- Support the store manager in recruiting and developing a high-performing team
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all colleagues
We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail, has excellent communication and leadership skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries, and be comfortable using MS Office and various POS systems.
