About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Financial Leader to join our team. As a key partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Regional Director, and Director of Treatwell Store, you will play a vital role in scaling our commercial growth initiatives.

In this dynamic position, you will leverage your financial acumen to drive business performance, ensure strategic initiative success, and provide critical financial insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering collaboration between Finance, Marketing, Product/Tech, and other regional business areas.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Provide insightful analysis, drive decision-making, and act as a trusted advisor to our business partners.
  • Critical Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders to explore different scenarios, consider financial implications, and build robust business cases for significant decisions.
  • Risk Management: Facilitate regular performance review meetings, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.

Financial Planning & Controllership

  • Financial Planning: Lead key planning and forecasting processes, aligning with business partners on challenging yet realistic targets.
  • Controllership: Ensure accurate financial results, secure approvals, and safeguard the company's assets through improved systems and processes.

About You

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent with strong core financial skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or business strategy functions with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and familiarity with analytical tools and ERP systems.
