We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant Driver to join our team at Home Instead Canterbury. As a Care Assistant Driver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, maintaining their health and dignity.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy.
  • Be willing to undergo training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
