ICT Solution Architect

The successful IT Solution Architect will work in the area of Order to Cash (O2C) in partnership with the Stream Leader - O2C to deliver the IT roadmap, enabling the company to effectively utilize information technology to support and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for the quality of delivery from third-party suppliers and development organizations.
- Manage the handover of solutions to the support organizations and user community.
- Handle 3rd line support requests coming from the support organization.
- Participate in relevant focus groups and process owner network meetings and workshops.
To be successful in this role of IT Solution Architect, candidates should have experience in:
- Solution Architecture, including requirements analysis, solution proposal, design, and scaling of change.
- Proven knowledge of solution and implementation experience for Order to Cash and project modules (3 years+) in Dynamics ERP (AX2012, AX2009, and D365 ERP).
- Awareness of relevant 3rd party products and external packages to augment the above solutions, along with experience in designing functional changes, integrations, output documents, and BI solutions for Order to Cash and Project modules.
