IT Solution Architect Job Description

ACS Performance is seeking a highly skilled IT Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Order to Cash (O2C) team, you will be responsible for delivering IT solutions that enable our business to effectively utilize information technology to support and grow our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of delivery from third-party suppliers and development organizations.
  • Handover solutions to support organizations and user communities.
  • Handle 3rd line support requests from support organizations.
  • Participate in relevant focus groups and process owner network meetings and workshops.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of solution architecture, including requirements analysis, solution proposal, design, and scaling of change.
  • Experience with Order to Cash and project modules in Dynamics ERP (AX2012, AX2009, and D365 ERP).
  • Awareness of relevant 3rd party products and external packages to augment solutions and experience with designing functional changes, integrations, output documents, and BI solutions for Order to Cash and Project modules.
