Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a unit within the care facility to ensure the highest standards of nursing care.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMCPin.
- Previous experience as a Unit Manager or similar leadership role in a care or nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
