Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a unit within the care facility to ensure the highest standards of nursing care.

Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Previous experience as a Unit Manager or similar leadership role in a care or nursing home setting.
