Early Years Practitioner Role at Long Term Futures Ltd

Nurture young learners in a welcoming primary school environment with our EYFS Practitioner role.

We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our team at a primary school in Cobham (KT11). As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

About the Job:

  • Foster the physical, emotional, and social development of children through tailored care and support.
  • Support children with additional needs by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff.
  • Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards at all times.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of the school and children by working varying shift patterns.

Key Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting, preferably within a primary school or nursery environment, is required.
  • A positive approach to working with young children and supporting their development is crucial.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary for effective collaboration with staff, children, and parents.
  • Flexibility and reliability to accommodate shift patterns from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only, are required.

Competitive Pay Rates:

  • $90-$105 per day.
