About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ashdown Group. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and overseeing the meeting room schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client correspondence and update the CRM system
  • Organize couriers and logistics for the wider team
  • Deliver a first-class onboarding experience to new clients
  • Oversee the on-going maintenance of client records
  • Support the invoicing and billing process, including invoice processing and liaison with third parties
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a finance admin role
  • Confident in a customer-focused environment
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage) is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize duties
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000-£27,000 pro rata, plus benefits, in a supportive and inclusive team environment.
