About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Support Administrator to join our team at HMS Collingwood in Fareham. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our apprentices and stakeholders, ensuring they receive the best possible training experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration support to ensure the smooth progression of apprentices through our Royal Navy Apprenticeship Programme. This includes coordinating activities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and updating management systems.

  • Coordinating activities for apprentices and supporting them to complete their training on time
  • Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, focusing on the success of the learners
  • Keeping management systems updated
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in an Administration/Coordination role
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, at all levels
  • Experience within the military would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of databases such as JPA and TAFMIS would be an advantage but not essential
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and experience of using databases
  • Must be able to be security cleared to UK SC level
