Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the care and support teams to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and engagement among residents.
- Oversee the security and safety of the development, ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents.
- Provide training and support to care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Previous experience in a senior care position, preferably in a residential setting.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Knowledge of care legislation and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
