Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security of the development and oversee the Care and Support teams
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
- Provide emergency support to residents during designated sleeping hours
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet individual resident needs
- Previous experience in a senior care position, preferably in the UK
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (night rate)
- Additional £1 per hour for working from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday
