Job Overview
Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited's Energy division is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Quality (HSQE) Professional to join our team. This is a permanent office/site-based role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on health, safety, quality, and environmental matters to site staff and management teams. They will also be expected to conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
* Develop and implement effective health, safety, and quality procedures and protocols
* Collaborate with site teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
* Provide training and support to staff on health, safety, and quality best practices

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science)
* Proven experience in health, safety, and quality management in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., CDM, ISO 9001)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
