CDM Advisor Role

Brandon James is seeking a dedicated and experienced CDM Advisor to join their team in Cardiff. As a CDM Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and promoting health and safety best practices across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations to clients and project teams.
  • Conduct design risk assessments and help identify hazard elimination strategies.
  • Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Deliver CDM and health and safety training to clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure a seamless integration of health and safety into the project process.
Requirements
  • Degree in a construction-related field.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
