Job Summary:
Mercury Hampton Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our £30 million turnover manufacturing plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational duties of the site, including managing budgets, driving continuous improvement, and developing a culture of empowerment and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure and monitor performance, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead and motivate a team of over 130 employees across 3 shifts, fostering a culture of empowerment and coaching.
- Manage budgets and have a strong financial acumen, with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive change management and succession planning to identify and develop future leaders within the company.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in operational leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with injection moulding manufacturing and packaging.
