We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef Manager to join our dynamic team at OCS Academy Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and drink services to our clients and site visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all catering and associated services at appointed premises.
  • Plan and execute menus, stock control, and EDI ordering of all supplies.
  • Ensure food production meets high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Recruit and appraise local unit team members as agreed with the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Proven track record in contract catering or a related field.
  • City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or level 2 diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Food Safety Level 3 desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety and food safety.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Passion for food and service, with the ability to prepare and cook good quality seasonal food.
