About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to lead our Enterprise Architecture team in Defence Equipment & Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic Enterprise Architecture solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of architecture modellers and systems engineers on large-scale projects to ensure high-quality work is delivered that meets business needs and required standards.
  • Ensure compliance between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities, and technical directions to ensure business needs are met and benefits are realised.
  • Define architecture modelling standards, policies, and information exchange formats to support the business.
  • Work closely with Business Analyst teams to provide Enterprise Architecture input and direction to support solutions design and business change.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance in the delivery of the IT Strategy and ensuring alignment with Business Strategies.
  • Network and communicate with stakeholders across enterprises and seek opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading the design and implementation of IT Solutions, Architecture, and Design.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) with TOGAF Practitioner and/or BCS Architecture Qualifications.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise architecture & systems modelling using ArchiMate and SysML.
