Global Antibiotic Research and Development Partnership (GARDP) is a leading not-for-profit organization accelerating the development of new treatments for drug-resistant infections. We are seeking an experienced R&D Portfolio Senior Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational and analytical aspects of GARDP R&D and Global Access project portfolio management activities. This includes planning, monitoring, reporting, analysis, and decision-making support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project or portfolio management, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of the R&D project and portfolio management framework.
  • Define and implement R&D Portfolio Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Performance Measurement (PMS) frameworks.
  • Gather, compile, and analyze data to track portfolio progress and assess performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life science discipline or equivalent.
  • 6 years of experience in project or portfolio management in an R&D setting.
  • Familiarity with best practice project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and experience in use of diverse PM tools and document management systems.
