Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Boroughloch Medical Practice. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing your advanced clinical judgment and decision-making skills to assess and treat a diverse range of paediatric and adult patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients presenting in General Practice, utilizing your advanced clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients, and relatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the development and delivery of policy and procedures.
  • Provide nurse and clinical leadership as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, with experience in paediatric and adult care. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
