Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (LC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Boroughloch Medical Practice. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing your advanced clinical judgment and decision-making skills to assess and treat a diverse range of pediatric and adult patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with complex health needs, utilizing your advanced clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients, and relatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the development and delivery of policy and procedures.
  • Provide nurse and clinical leadership as required.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience of working in a general practice setting, with a focus on pediatric and adult care.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
