We are seeking an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to deliver care to patients in the comfort of their own home within the Essex catchment area.

Job Description

This role involves seeing patients for blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV and oral chemotherapy administration, pump disconnections, line care, IM/SC injections, and more. As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver chemotherapy treatments and related services to patients in their homes
  • Conduct blood tests and toxicity assessments as required
  • Administer IV and oral chemotherapy medications safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid nursing qualification and relevant experience in oncology or chemotherapy administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
