Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team in Winchester as a specialist Recruitment Delivery Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a deep understanding of a specific market and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Qualifying candidates for job vacancies and arranging interviews.
- Taking job specifications and writing advertisements to attract candidates.
- Meeting clients and candidates to discuss job opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
- Hitting agreed targets and contributing to the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience is not essential, but full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Highly motivated, tenacious, and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Confident and commercially astute, with strong influencing skills.
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
