Technical Sales Specialist Role Overview

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join their team in Winchester. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, profiling and responding to requests and quotes for work, qualifying and tracking sales, and attending industry events to network and develop new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members and clients
  • Conduct market research to identify industry patterns and trends
  • Promote the business and its brand
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business development goals

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Sales Specialist, preferably with a familiarity with Ground Investigation and/or Engineering
  • Experience in business development, sales processes, and fee proposals
  • Relevant qualifications at A-Level or equivalent and/or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Ability to live commutable to Winchester
