Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health and Wellbeing Advocate to join our team at Imagine Independence. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with women who require specialist care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing holistic support to women with mental health needs, personality disorder, and challenging behaviours.
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans that promote independence and empowerment.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with women's support services, including those with mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
