Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Actuary to join our team in Dubai or London. As a key member of our actuarial team, you will be responsible for providing actuarial services and valuations to regional insurance and reinsurance companies across IMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose actuarial services and valuations to regional insurance and reinsurance companies based on their current and future portfolios and objectives.
- Create and modify complex actuarial models to assess risk exposure and forecast risks, losses, and financial impact.
- Expand client services beyond reinsurance transactions to drive business development.
- Direct team to build complex models to assess risk and develop pricing strategies for a range of risk exposures.
- Advise senior management on issues, progress, and ensure the reinsurance transaction process.
- Communicate strategically with brokers, re-insurers, and clients to anticipate client needs and drive usage of reinsurance actuarial services.
- Ensure continuous improvement on tools development, modernization, and automation.
- Project management: Follow up on CAT model developments, Event response reports, READY opportunities development, and other projects required based on brokers' needs.
- Implement monetization strategy of our tools and analytics services to grow additional revenue stream.
Requirements:
- Fellow Actuary with strong experience in Non-Life reinsurance.
