About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting and Events Supervisor to join our team at Luton Hoo Hotel and Spa. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every event is a resounding success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Deal with last-minute requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure function rooms are set up and well-equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Complete time sheets accurately and ensure they are signed and correctly recorded.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong supervisorial and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is highly desirable.
  • A smart and professional appearance is essential.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work is required.
