Job Description

The Financial Risk Governance Specialist will contribute significantly to the management of XBTO's Risk Framework by coordinating and enhancing risk identification and assessment frameworks. This includes ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, risk identification across various areas, preparation of clear documentation, and staying up-to-date with market developments.

  • This role requires an advanced understanding of enterprise risk management, preferably from both traditional finance and fintech/crypto start-ups.
  • A team player able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and time zones is essential.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location.
