About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Risk team as a Risk Governance Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in helping us to manage risk effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk governance principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to provide expert advice and support to business stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

As a Risk Governance Specialist, you will work closely with our business teams to develop and implement risk governance strategies that align with our organizational objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert risk governance advice and support to business stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of risk governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and flexible working arrangements.
