Job Title: Seafood Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seafood Clerk to join our team at Longo's. As a Seafood Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our seafood products are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions and making recommendations on seafood products.
  • Stock, merchandise, and create displays of seafood products in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the seafood department and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure that seafood products are of the highest quality, including date checks and product rotation.
  • Follow Food, Health, and Workplace Safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
