Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Varang Healthcare is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Slough office. This is a warm desk opportunity with existing clients and contracts in place, offering a chance to maximize revenue and grow the business further.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather information on hiring requirements and company culture.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, and working practices.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on contract rates, salary, and market conditions.
  • Attend client visits and headhunt suitable candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including telephone interviewing, matching technical and soft skills, and background checks.
  • Agree contract terms and prepare relevant paperwork with senior management approval.
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
  • Obtain feedback from stakeholders and ensure good communication between all parties.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to delight clients and support candidates.
  • Organized and methodical work approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
