Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information on hiring requirements and company culture.
- Develop a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, and working practices.
- Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on contract rates, salary, and market conditions.
- Attend client visits and headhunt suitable candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including telephone interviewing, matching technical and soft skills, and background checks.
- Agree contract terms and prepare relevant paperwork with senior management approval.
- Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
- Obtain feedback from stakeholders and ensure good communication between all parties.
- 1+ years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to delight clients and support candidates.
- Organized and methodical work approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Great salary prospects.
- Generous 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
- High commission payable, with an expected OTE of £40,000.
