Fawkes & Reece West Midlands is seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial division in the East Midlands. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of projects up to £20m in the industrial and commercial sectors. **About the Role:**

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing contracts. You will work closely with the commercial team to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while also contributing to the development of the company's commercial strategy.

**Requirements:**

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* 2-3 years' experience working for a main contractor
* Self-motivated and professionally driven
* Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word

**What We Offer:**

* Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
* Benefits: Car allowance, pension, health and life insurance, and bonus
