Fawkes & Reece West Midlands is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on packages of between 25k - 1m in value and have exposure to projects up to 20m in value.

About the Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in the commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects, working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for your own packages, ranging from 25k - 1m, and will have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Requirements

  • Construction qualification, minimum HNC
  • Min 3 years' experience in a contracting environment within the fit-out sector preferably
  • Self-motivated and professionally driven
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary: 35,000 + benefits (may pay more for exceptional candidates)
