MERJE is a leading recruitment agency specialising in finance and insurance roles. We are seeking a talented Group Chief Financial Officer to join our esteemed client, a prominent insurance company.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to drive financial strategy and growth in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the group's financial strategy and determine the overall direction of the company.
  2. Operational management of the company's investments and liquidity needs and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Lead and manage the Finance Teams across the company and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
  4. Responsibility for SIIL's Solvency II regulatory capital reporting.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles.
  2. 8 Years + experience of Financial Reporting and Management including Regulatory Reporting (Solvency II Capital modelling, ORSA, SFCR and QRT's).
  3. In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry - ideally general or life insurance market and MGA's.
  4. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

What We Offer:

Up to £150,000 + Bonus and Benefits. London (Hybrid / Flexible working).
