An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Curriculum Team Leader for Modern Foreign Languages at a reputable educational institution. We offer a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements for the right candidate with the appropriate level of experience.

This role will form part of a team responsible for raising standards of teaching and learning through exemplary personal practice and the use of contemporary teaching methods.

The post holder will interact with colleagues to establish and maintain productive relationships, promoting a mutual understanding of learners' progress.

The institution has a strong leadership team with enthusiastic and motivated staff, learners who are a credit to their community, and a mission to instill ambition and values in all learners.

We are a highly centralised institution, with all systems and processes aligned. Our collaborative approach involves many professionals and experts working together to provide the highest quality provision for our learners.

Teaching and Learning is supported by a central team of Subject Directors who are experienced teachers with leadership and mentoring skills. They work across our academies, supporting teachers in their personal development, data analysis, and curriculum planning.

We value our staff as our most valuable asset and invest in their development through a common and extensive programme of staff development. This operates across the institution and extends to senior and middle leaders, aspiring leaders, teaching and support staff, and non-qualified teachers.
