Curriculum Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Leader for English to join our dynamic senior leadership team at St James Academy. As a key member of our curriculum team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high academic expectations throughout the school and driving excellent teaching and learner achievement in English.
St James Academy is a highly successful academy with a strong track record of examination performance. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of the English curriculum
- Collaborating with teachers and other stakeholders to drive improvement in teaching and learning
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the English curriculum
- Providing coaching and support to teachers to improve their practice
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about English education and has a proven track record of leadership and curriculum development.
