Sales Account Manager

Job Description:
Cherry Professional is seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to actively introduce and promote extensive products to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets set each month
* Proactively seek new business by prospecting new customers
* Maximise sales by continually expanding opportunities with upsell and cross-selling skills
* Keep detailed communication notes via spreadsheet for your customer base
* Ensure accurate and timely quotations to build a pipeline of opportunities
* Ensure that customers are provided with accurate information in relation to their quotes, orders and queries as required
* Continually develop your product and technical knowledge of our products to ensure you remain up to date within our market
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience within an internal or field sales role
* Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage your own time efficiently and effectively
* Excellent and confident communication skills – both verbally and written
* Identify peak periods and adapt accordingly
* Work well under pressure
* Be able to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative
* Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Proactive nature and resilient
