We are seeking a skilled Hard Landscaper to join our team at Wates, a leading construction company. As a key member of our Wates Living Space Responsive Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for undertaking various tasks with a high standard of workmanship, ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Brickwork and masonry

  • Fencing and boundary maintenance

  • Flagging and paving

  • Pointing and repointing

  • Tarmacking and surfacing

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and unloading of vehicles

  • Distribution of materials and equipment

  • Performing general hard landscaping duties, including brickwork, fencing, and other tasks as required

  • Ensuring site areas are cleared and cleaned, with waste disposed of properly

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, able to problem-solve, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
