As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our Head Office team and increase paid and organic leads into the business. Through Google Ads/PPC, web development and SEO we are looking for someone to generating new leads and build a strong sales pipelines for the sales team.

**About Poppies**

We are the UK's first domestic cleaning franchise established over 40 years ago with currently 23 franchise locations across the UK. This role is to join our Head Office Team to support the growth of the overall franchise network.

We offer hybrid/ remote working to suit - must be based in the UK ideally within reasonable commute of either Ormskirk West Lancs or Shrewbsury Shropshire

**What you will be doing**:

- Developing strategies for the advertising campaigns
- Manage paid search budgets effectively to achieve KPI's
- Manage budgets and bid strategies to optimise ROI and CPA to ensure KPIs are met
- Setting up of new ad accounts
- Managing ad accounts daily and reporting
- Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to help improve website performance
- Analysing SEO and Analytics
- Update Wordpress webpages and create landing pages
- Set up and manage paid social media campaigns
- Utilise various lead generation channels and tools, such as online research, social media platforms
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new lead generation opportunities

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**SEO**
- Delivering the SEO strategy to drive traffic and revenue
- Deliver more organic, new business leads through optimisation of identified keyphrases for Poppies
- Create tracking tags and test in the Google marketing platform for campaigns
- Monitor algorithm updates by the search engines to keep up to date with changes
- Distribute content through socials and build a community of engaged customers
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content based on a planned, regular publishing schedule, that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Keyword research for the Company and its clients
- Implement/optimize SEO analytics such as Google Analytics, Keyword Tracking
- Work to improve SERPs and organic traffic for the Company and its clients using onpage and offpage tactics
- Outreach initiatives to get backlinks from high domain authority industry sites

**PPC**
- Create and optimize the Company and stakeholder Google Ad Words campaigns
- Wordpress Development
- Configure the Company and stakeholder Wordpress sites
- Conversion optimization of sites
- Create automated workflows

**Social Media**
- Create paid campaigns for lead generation
- Increase followers across various social platforms

**Qualifications / Skillset**
- Proven success with Google Ads/PPC campaigns, web development, funnels
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing tools, such as Yoast, SEMRush
- Understand how and why Google ranks certain pages higher and be able to identify opportunities to improve our results
- Strong knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS), content management systems (WordPress)
- Experience of paid and organic outreach for backlinks
- Experience in creating and optimizing lead generation and conversion funnels
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
