As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity in the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the progression of repair orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
- Drive and improve workshop productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- Play a key role in the warranty claims process, ensuring accurate time recording and minimizing claim error rates
Requirements
- Technical background in automotive, with a passion for quality and customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a franchised automotive dealership
- Level 3 Automotive Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent

- A competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
