Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments to our guests. You'll work closely with our Spa Manager and team to create a professional yet playful spa environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide high-quality spa treatments to our guests
  • Work closely with our Spa Manager and team to create a professional yet playful spa environment
  • Take satisfaction in knowing you're a welcome sight for our hotel guests and spa days
  • Feel engaged working in a stimulating environment as part of a diverse community of people
  • Learn our way of working and share your knowledge and experience with us
  • Don't be shy if you're results-driven, as this position comes with retail commission
  • It's essential to us that you know and feel you're an important part of our team as our spa develops day to day
  • Enjoy the benefits of working with us, including free parking, flexible working hours, and a 10% retail commission on your sales
